We’d also like to introduce you to our newest staff member, Stuart Aldoroty. Stuart is a trained chef and learned his trade at the Florida Culinary Institute. He wields expert culinary skills and crafts MacDaddy Subs with mastery. You can be sure your order is prepared with care. In his off hours, he operates Paradiddles Drum Shop, an online drum and percussion store and, of course, he’s an active drummer.
